In this course, we will spend 4 weeks using your individual CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) data to help you experiment and discover what unique triggers are causing your blood sugar issues. Is it particular foods or drinks? Is it stress? Interrupted sleep? Let's find out! Along the way, we will have short educational trainings to find out what science and experience can tell us about better glucose regulation. You will then have the opportunity to test out these new ideas and concepts, seeing which are MOST helpful for you. You will be given simple "homework" assignments and personalized feedback along the way. Best of all, you will have a community to encourage you and keep you accountable along the way. You DON'T have to do it alone. So, let's get started!
